Key Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist with budget planning and perform variance analysis.
Excel-Based Data Management:
Create and manage complex spreadsheets for financial tracking and analysis.
Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros) to streamline processes and support reporting needs.
Organize and interpret large data sets to aid strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations.
Support audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
Maintain organized and secure records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support:
Assist with payroll processing and vendor payments.
Track business expenses and ensure proper approvals and classifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy across operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification required.
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar professional role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
