Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate & Transaction Coordination
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
- Prepare and send necessary documents for signatures (using DocuSign or similar)
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and inspectors
- Track deadlines and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Maintain organized transaction records in CRM
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop branding materials and marketing graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Analyze social media insights and suggest growth strategies
- Help build and manage email marketing campaigns
Virtual Assistant Tasks
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders
- Organize and maintain digital files
- Conduct market research and gather property data
- Assist with lead generation and CRM updates
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate support, preferably as a transaction coordinator or VA
- Knowledge of real estate platforms (MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Social media savvy with experience in content creation
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Trello, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with US-based real estate teams
- Knowledge of real estate laws/processes in the U.S.
- Basic video editing or Reels creation skills
