Bilingual Customer Support ( English and Spanish) full time

We’re seeking a talented, dynamic, and highly organized Bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales and marketing team with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish — written and verbal — across multiple channels.
• Write engaging blog posts, marketing copy, and client messages.
• Build strong rapport with prospects and clients over the phone (call center support).
• Use Canva for creating visually appealing content and designs.
• Work within CRM (Monday.com) to organize leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Think creatively and contribute fresh, “outside-the-box” ideas for campaigns and strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent writing skills with a knack for storytelling and clear communication.
• Outgoing personality with positive energy and a generous, team-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Canva and basic design principles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Monday.com experience is a plus).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a stable power supply — essential for uninterrupted work and calls.
