Job Summary:

The Bilingual Financial Specialist will be responsible for assisting Spanish and English-speaking clients throughout the credit repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls related to credit repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact Spanish Preferred Leads interested in enrolling in the credit repair/consulting program.
  • Conduct introduction calls for Spanish Preferred Clients to revisit key topics covered in the enrollment call.
  • Ensure Spanish-speaking clients submit the necessary documentation to begin the program.
  • Provide 75-day progress updates to Spanish Preferred Clients.
  • Handle inbound calls from Spanish and English-speaking clients regarding credit repair inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on admin holds and old/canceled clients (Spanish and English-speaking).
  • Process cancellation requests for Spanish-speaking clients only.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English – verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in customer service, credit repair, or financial consulting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and phone systems.
