Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Female – Latin America) full time

We are looking for a female candidate from Latin America (South America) to join our growing sales and client success team. The ideal candidate is organized, intelligent, and eager to learn new things, with excellent English and Spanish communication skills. She should be great at writing professional messages, building rapport, and engaging confidently in conversations during calls.

This is a long-term position for someone with positive energy, a kind and generous personality, and a strong desire to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and prospects through calls, emails, and messages.

• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.

• Write clear and friendly client communications.

• Use and update the CRM (Monday.com) to track leads and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve workflows.

• Think creatively and independently to solve problems.

Qualifications:

• Female candidate based in Latin America (South America).

• Native-level Spanish speaker with strong English skills.

• Experience in customer service or client relations.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Familiar with CRM systems (preferably Monday.com).

• Reliable internet connection and power backup.
