We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems for innovative global projects.
Role Overview
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications and infrastructure. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Web3, AI, and full-stack software projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
- Design scalable and secure system architectures
- Build integrations with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Collaborate with frontend, blockchain, and DevOps teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in technical planning and system improvements
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js, Python, Rust, Go, or similar backend technologies
- Experience building REST APIs and scalable backend systems
- Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of authentication, security, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows
- Experience with Git and collaborative development practices
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Technologies
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Web3 or blockchain integrations
- Experience with AI/ML backend systems or LLM integrations
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and distributed systems
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time systems
- Full-stack development experience is a plus
