Backend Developer (Remote)
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving server-side applications, APIs, and system architecture while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Design scalable and efficient system architecture
• Work with databases and optimize queries for performance
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
Tech Stack (Preferred Experience)
• Node.js / Express.js or similar backend frameworks
• REST APIs and API integrations
• Databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Git and version control
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar
• Docker or containerized environments (a plus)
Requirements
• Strong experience with backend development
• Experience building and maintaining APIs
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely
