We don’t believe in handing prospects off into a black box. Our sales partners close their own deals. We work together on strategy, targeting, and support. You own your pipeline from first touch to signed contract. FirmBrite provides the system, the leads, and the backing.

The Role:

We need a hunter—someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, runs their own sales process, and closes their own business.

You’ll focus on one thing: generating qualified opportunities and closing them.

We provide the leads, collateral, and coaching. You bring the sales engine.

No handoffs. No "booking calls for someone else." You sell. We win together.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute 80–120 personalized outreaches per week (email + LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Close your own deals (full-cycle sales)
  • Collaborate weekly on targeting and strategy with the FirmBrite team
  • Represent FirmBrite as an extension of our brand

50–100 ICP companies/month (B2B SaaS, Professional Services, 10–100 employees) refreshed weekly

Email sequences, LinkedIn templates, case studies, one-pagers

CRM access:

View-only for pipeline tracking

Coaching & strategy:

Weekly 30-min collaborative call

Scheduling:

Calendly link for prospect meetings

You bring your own tools (Sales Navigator, outreach software, CRM). We bring the system.

Compensation (Uncapped, No Games)

Base Commission: 18% of first-year contract value

Payment Structure:

50% upfront on client signature + 50% over 12 months as client pays

Rate Adjustment:

+2.5% after each closed deal (up to 20% cap)

Performance Bonuses:

+2% for deals over $5k/month • +$500 for 3+ deals in a quarter

Realistic Earnings (what you keep):

1 deal/month ($3k avg) $45k–$65k

2 deals/month ($4k avg) $110k–$140k

Top performers $150k+

Top performers may qualify for a monthly retainer ($1,500–$2,500) after 6 months + 6 closed deals.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS, agency, or professional services)
  • You’ve worked 1099/commission-only before – you don’t panic when income fluctuates
  • Self-starter – you don’t need micro-management
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting – you actually like the hunt
  • Tech-savvy: Sales Navigator, outreach tools, CRM – you have your own stack
  • Hungry – you want $150k+, not a “steady” $60k
  • Located in North America (US/Canada preferred)

  • Your own sales engagement tools (we provide leads)
  • Minimum 15 hours/week - your schedule, your success
  • Weekly reporting + check-in (quick, honest, no drama)
