B2B ESG Sales Representative full time

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as a B2B ESG Sales Representative. The successful candidate will lead business development and sales initiatives across sectors.

  • Execute innovative sales techniques to drive business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement adjustments to improve performance.
  • Drive client acquisition through strategic outreach, partnerships, networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver consultative selling approaches that align client goals with social, environmental, and ethical impact.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in professional services B2B ESG sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or related field.
  • Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), sustainability / responsible business topics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English.
  • Proven end-to-end sales expertise, including research, qualifying through outbound calls, team selling/engagement, and documented ability in meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, creative (ability to think outside the box), goal-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to business.
  • Experience with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho), and outbound outreach tools.
