Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Freelance B2B Closer to convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
You will work directly with qualified leads generated by our lead generation team and help NexFlow secure its first clients.
This is not a cold-calling position.
You will primarily work with:
- Warm leads
- Qualified prospects
- Discovery calls
- Proposal discussions
- Objection handling
- Closing opportunities
Responsibilities
Sales & Closing
- Conduct discovery meetings with qualified prospects
- Understand client pain points and operational challenges
- Present NexFlow solutions clearly
- Explain ROI and business value
- Handle objections professionally
- Follow up consistently
- Close new business opportunities
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Update prospect status
- Track follow-ups
- Report sales activity
Team Collaboration

Performance Expectations
During the first month:
Target objective:
- Help NexFlow acquire between 3 and 8 clients
- Maintain professional prospect communication
- Manage follow-ups effectively
- Contribute to building a repeatable sales process
Compensation
Month 1
Commission Only
Commission:
8% of revenue collected from clients you successfully close.
Important:
- Commission is calculated only on revenue received by NexFlow.
- Refunded or cancelled projects generate no commission.
- Payments are issued after client payment is received.
