Hiring for B2B/ B2C Appointment Setters to join our team. This role is crucial in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have experience using sales and CRM tools, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable engaging with prospects via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email and phone (cold calls)
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring they are added to the calendar and following up via email/SMS to ensure attendance.
• Instantly follow up via SMS and phone with people who book new appointments.
• Maintain and update prospect information in CRM and outreach tools.
• Utilize communication and tracking tools such as messaging platforms, email, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
• Monitor inboxes for replies/responses and move leads into appropriate sequences when needed.
• Follow up with existing leads in CRM and outreach platforms.
• Knowledge of setting appointments using calendar tools like Calendly.

• Proficiency in CRM and outbound sales tools (must-have).
• Previous experience in B2B/B2C appointment setting (must-have).
• Experience with Warm/Cold Calling
• Knowledgeable in various CRM systems and dialers used for outbound calling (must-have).
• Familiarity with essential communication and tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
