Position Overview:

• We are looking for experienced B2B cold-calling professionals native in Romanian to conduct appointment setting for our international client in the industrial components distribution industry. This role involves engaging with previous leads and potential registered users to drive lead generation.
• This campaign will run for only a few weeks, and scheduling will depend on language-specific volumes. However, the work schedule is quite flexible.

Location: Remote

Training Start Date: 20 April, 2025

Shift: 9 AM 5 PM local time (up to 40 working hours per week)

• We seek native-speaking professionals with experience in B2B sales or lead generation for an exciting new project. This opportunity offers long-term collaboration, career development, and the chance to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to engage with both hot and cold leads.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships by offering tailored solutions and consultations.
• Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system, including forecasts and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with international teams to execute strategies and meet sales targets.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

Languages:

• Native-level in Romanian.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Technical Requirements:

• Internet: Broadband connection (minimum 10 Mbps), Ethernet LAN connection.
• Hardware:
• Processor: 1.8 GHz+ (64-bit preferred)
• RAM: 8 GB+
• Storage: 10 GB+ free
• Resolution: 1920x1080
• Wired USB headset
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 or later.

Education & Experience:

• Commercial education background preferred.
• Relevant professional experience in call centers, inside sales, or B2B roles.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM local time, up to 40 hours per week.
