We’re a lean, product-focused startup and we’re looking for commission-only appointment setters / SDRs to help us open doors with more companies that care about safety, quality, and compliance.
The Role
Your mission is simple:
Book qualified meetings between potential clients and our founder.
We define a qualified meeting as:
- With a decision-maker or strong influencer (operations manager, plant manager, HSE/safety manager, quality manager, training/compliance lead, etc.), and
- At a company that uses SOPs and has a reasonable number of frontline workers, and
- The decision-maker shows up to the call.
You do top-of-funnel outreach – we handle the product demo and closing.
What You’ll Do
- Identify potential clients in industries like:
- Manufacturing & production
- Warehousing & logistics
- Healthcare, labs, or other SOP-heavy environments
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and/or phone using your own style and tools.
- Explain in simple terms how SOP Snap helps:
- Make SOPs easy to access with QR codes
- Verify that employees understand procedures with quick quizzes
- Improve compliance, training, and audit readiness
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and coordinate calendars.
- Ensure that meetings happen (reminders, confirmations, etc.).
How You’ll Be Paid
This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary.
We keep it transparent:
- Per qualified meeting (decision-maker attends):
- $80 per meeting for US-based companies
- $200 per customer that proceeds with the Free Polit from your meeting
- Bonus when your meeting becomes a paying customer.
There is no cap on earnings. If you can consistently book high-quality meetings, you can build a solid income stream.

Ideal Candidate
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have experience in B2B sales, SDR work, or appointment setting, ideally with SaaS or software tools.
- Are comfortable doing outbound prospecting on LinkedIn and by email/phone.
- Can quickly understand a product and explain it in simple language.
- Are self-motivated and like the idea of “the more I book, the more I earn.”
Nice-to-haves:
- Existing contacts with:
- Operations managers / plant managers
- HSE/safety managers, quality managers
- Training or compliance leaders
- Background selling into manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or similar industries.
