Automation & Systems Specialist (Zapier, Clay, n8n, API Integrations) hourly

We’re looking for an Automation & Systems Engineer to manage and evolve a network of automations connecting tools like Zapier, Clay, n8n, Google Sheets, Webflow, Notion, and Attio.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex automations (Zaps, n8n flows, webhooks, APIs).
• Integrating lead data and workflows across CRMs, email tools (Instantly, Hunter), and databases.
• Handling data cleanup and normalization between systems (e.g., Sheets ↔ Clay ↔ Attio).
• Setting up and maintaining AI-powered workflows (Granola transcripts, text summarization, data syncs).
• Writing clear internal documentation so systems stay maintainable as we scale.

Our environment spans multiple businesses (marketing, SaaS, recruitment, and e-commerce). You’ll be the link that keeps all the moving parts working together. This is not a task-runner role — we need someone who thinks in systems, sees edge cases, and can translate messy real-world processes into clean, automated logic.
