We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Expert / Architectural Draftsman to support our team with technical construction drawings, architectural plans, presentation decks, and renderings.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in AutoCAD and a background in architecture, construction, or drafting. Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is highly preferred for creating polished visual presentations and project materials.
Responsibilities:
- Create architectural and technical construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop accurate floor plans, elevations, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Prepare presentation decks, renderings, and visual materials
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project accuracy and timelines are met
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Experience with architectural or construction drawings
- Understanding of drafting and technical drawing standards
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
- Ability to create clean and professional presentations/renderings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Available to work part-time during US business hours/timezone
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in architecture, interior design, or construction-related projects
- Knowledge of rendering or visualization tools is an advantage
- Portfolio/sample work is highly preferred
