The Group Ltd. is a Grand Cayman-based group of businesses spanning real estate development, media production, live events, and corporate services. Our portfolio includes Monster Media, Beach Living, and Capella Music Festival, among others.
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD drafter or consultant to support active real estate development and construction projects across Grand Cayman. You will work from briefs, surveys, and architectural inputs to produce accurate technical drawings and site plans.
Responsibilities:
- Produce technical drawings, site plans, and development layouts
- Work from survey data, planning briefs, and architectural direction
- Revise drawings based on feedback from project leads and consultants
- Support planning and permitting submissions with accurate documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting required; 3D a plus)
- Experience in residential or commercial development projects
- Ability to read and interpret surveys, site data, and planning documents
- Strong attention to detail and clean, organized file management
- Experience with Caribbean or island development projects a plus
- Architecture, engineering, or construction background preferred
