Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Associate Behavioral Analyst to join our assessment team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for client diagnostics. You will conduct live, verbal assessment sessions, synthesize psychological data, and generate comprehensive behavioral reports. This is a high-communication role requiring strict confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and a meticulous approach to data synthesis.

Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment (4–6 hours daily): Conduct scheduled one-on-one verbal diagnostic sessions via high-fidelity audio/video. Utilize proprietary assessment frameworks to evaluate client personality structures, cognitive functions, and emotional drivers.
  • Data Synthesis & Report Writing: Translate raw session data into comprehensive, client-ready analytical reports. Ensure all findings are backed by typological theory and presented in a clear, actionable format.
  • Operational Compliance: Maintain a quiet, professional remote workspace equipped with a reliable computer and high-quality external microphone. Ensure a stable internet connection for all client engagements.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend daily virtual "huddles" with the assessment team. Remain verbally available to the Director of Operations for real-time case consultation and supervision.
  • Continual Professional Development: Participate in initial training program conducted personally by the Director of Operations. Adhere to ongoing quality assurance reviews to maintain high assessment accuracy.

Compensation Structure

Pay Model: Commission-Based + Performance Bonus.

Performance Bonus: High-performing Analysts who achieve a 95%+ client satisfaction rating and maintain timely report submissions are eligible for weekly performance bonuses.

Experience

  • Working familiarity with major personality and typology frameworks, including Jungian psychological types and cognitive functions, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) framework, the Enneagram system, and the Big Five (OCEAN) model.
  • Ability to apply these systems in structured client sessions for behavioral insight, pattern recognition, and practical analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for live client consultations and the preparation of clear, professional assessment reports.
  • Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and professional presence in a remote setting, including access to a quiet workspace, functional computer, and quality microphone.
  • Capacity to work under supervision, collaborate effectively with team members, and remain responsive to the Director of Operations.
  • Willingness to complete initial training provided by the Director of Operations and to maintain ongoing collaborative standards.

Pay: Up to $1,500.00 per month
