Al Muqarram Auto Parts LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and autonomous Associate / Payout Agent to partner with our finance team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will independently manage and facilitate client payouts, ensuring seamless transaction processing and exceptional client relations. You will coordinate with our internal accounting, sales, and customer service departments to streamline payout processes, reconcile bank receipts, and securely manage client crypto asset transactions. In this remote position, you will also independently execute specific payout errands and resolve payment-related inquiries from your home office. Scope of Work (Responsibilities)
- Manage, verify, and process client payout requests accurately and on time.
- Manage, track, and process client crypto asset transactions securely across digital wallets and exchanges.
- Perform regular bank receipt reconciliations to ensure internal ledger accuracy.
- Coordinate and execute digital payout errands, wire transfers, and localized financial tasks as required.
- Cross-reference client payment data and independently resolve any transaction discrepancies.
- Maintain organized, updated records of all processed client transactions, bank receipts, and crypto payouts.
- Coordinate deliverables with the accounting department to ensure external payouts align with internal financial records.
- Communicate directly with clients to address payout-related questions and provide professional dispute resolution.
- Ensure all payout activities strictly comply with relevant financial regulations, digital asset protocols, and industry compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit regular payout status, crypto wallet metrics, and trend reports for management review.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the remote payout pipeline.
Contractor Requirements (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in payment processing, disbursements, or financial transaction management.
- Demonstrated experience handling cryptocurrency transactions, digital wallets, or blockchain assets safely.
- Strong background in bank reconciliation procedures and tracking financial receipts.
- High proficiency in digital security practices to safely manage sensitive financial accounts remotely.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional corporate teams via remote channels.
- Proficiency in financial software, accounting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive financial details.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your own workflow, internet security, and deadlines.
Compensation & Contract Terms
- Type: Independent Contractor Agreement.
- Compensation: Competitive flat fee or per-transaction rate (To be negotiated based on experience).
- Schedule: Flexible, self-managed hours.
- Equipment: Contractor must provide their own secure computer, reliable high-speed internet, and dedicated home office workspace.
- Note: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own tools, tax withholdings, and self-employment contributions. This contract does not qualify for company-sponsored health, retirement, or paid leave benefits.
