We're a growing agency that builds products and services for small businesses in the US. We're building our calling team now, and you'll be one of the first callers.
What you'll do
- Call US business owners (real estate agents and local businesses)
- Start a friendly conversation and find out if our offer fits them
- Book short meetings with our team. No closing on the phone.
- Log every call in our own calling software (simple, we train you)
What you get
- $2500 USD per month, fixed, paid monthly
- Bonuses on the deals that come from your meetings. Realistically $3000 to $4000 a month, depending on performance.
- Your own US phone number. You call right from your browser, no extra apps and no paying for tools.
- Clear scripts, a short training before your first call, and a trial week to get started
What we're looking for
- Clean, fluent English. A neutral accent is strongly preferred. US prospects should understand you easily from the first sentence.
- Confident on the phone, not scared of hearing "no"
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week during US business hours (roughly 9 AM to 5 PM US Eastern)
- Stable internet, a laptop or PC with Google Chrome, and a headset with a microphone
- A quiet place to work
- Cold calling or appointment setting experience is a big plus, but not required
