About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter with 1–2 years of outbound calling or
appointment-setting experience to support a growing sales team. This is a performance-driven role
focused on high-volume outbound calling, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up to ensure
scheduled demos occur.
Trial / Screening Period (2 Weeks)
Commission-only during trial
$30 per valid demo that occurs
Must achieve 15 completed demos within the trial period to pass
Only demos that show up and occur are counted (no no-shows)
Successful candidates transition to $5/hour + commissions after trial
Key Responsibilities
Dial a provided list of leads (150–200 outbound calls per day)
Qualify prospects and set appointments for Account Executives
Follow up to confirm demos and minimize no-shows
Maintain accurate call notes and demo tracking
Communicate professionally on all outbound calls
Required Experience & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, or SDR
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work during U.S. business hours (EST / CST / PST)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Backup power source required
Organized, persistent, and results-driven
Available to start immediately

Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
Familiarity with CRMs and dialers
Experience booking demos or sales calls
