We’re looking for real sales talent — people who can book qualified calls with high-level decision-makers in eCom, SaaS, and retail brands doing €30K+/month and spending €5K+/month on ads.
You’ll get paid €15–€20 per qualified, showed call — and if you deliver results, you’ll be trained and promoted to a Closer role with commission on €2K+/month retainers.
The companies you reach out to must meet ALL of the following:
- Industry: eCommerce, SaaS, or retail
- Location: Netherlands, Belgium, UK, or US/Canada
- Revenue: €30,000+ per month
- Ad Spend: €5,000+ per month (Meta, Google, or TikTok)
- Decision-Maker: Founder, CMO, or Head of Growth
- Timeline: Actively looking to hire an agency within 30 days
- Budget: Can afford €2,000+/month retainer
If any of the above is missing — no payout.
- Source your own leads (we don’t hand-feed)
- Reach out via LinkedIn and email (Instagram etc. optional)
- Book 3–4 qualified calls per week
- Calls must be booked between 18:00–22:00 Amsterdam time
- Use your own tools — we don’t provide software or leads
- Track your outreach in our shared system
- Follow ICP strictly — no junk leads, no B2C, no broke clients
- The call shows up and is qualified (based on our ICP)
- The call is recorded and added to the tracker
- Lead passes founder review
If the lead doesn’t meet the ICP — you don’t get paid. No debate.
- Strong written English and confidence on video/sales calls
- Experience with outbound prospecting (LinkedIn/email)
- Your own tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)
- A mindset for performance — no clock-watchers, no excuses
- VAs, telemarketers, or customer service agents
- Anyone expecting a fixed salary or easy leads
- People scared of rejection or unclear communication
- €15–€20 per qualified, showed call
- Weekly payouts via Revolut or bank transfer
- Clear ICP and outbound frameworks
- Path to closer if you perform (15% commission per deal)
