We are looking for a motivated, sharp, and reliable Appointment Setter to help us book qualified meetings with prospects. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, following scripts, nurturing leads, and scheduling appointments directly into the sales team’s calendar.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, persuasive, and comfortable in a fast-paced outreach environment.
- Execute daily outbound calls, SMS, emails, and social media follow-ups
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations when needed
- Quickly engage inbound leads and respond within minutes
- Ask discovery questions to confirm need, budget, timeline, authority
- Update CRM with notes, tags, and qualification status
- Only book meetings when the lead matches the required criteria
- Book qualified appointments into the sales team’s calendar
- Ensure the prospect shows up by sending reminders and confirmations
- Reschedule missed or cancelled calls
- Keep CRM clean, organized, and updated
- Manage daily tasks, follow-ups, and nurture cold leads
- Track KPIs: connect rate, show-up rate, bookings per day/week
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Ability to handle objections confidently
- Good English (verbal & written)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and fast-response mindset
- Experience setting appointments for high-ticket offers
- Knowledge of remote closing / SaaS / agency / coaching industry
- Ability to work US / Canada / International time zones
- 150–300 dials per day (or depending on your dialer setup)
- 20–40 meaningful conversations
- 3–10 qualified appointments booked weekly
- 70–90% show-up rate on calendar
- Commission-per-show or commission-per-close (depending on your model)
- Fully remote
- Must have fast Wi-Fi, laptop, and quiet work area
- Consistent daily availability during required time zone
