We are looking for customer service associates who can follow scripts to set appointments. We would like this person to be personable, engaging, willing to be trained and is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers. One should be fluent in English, if you can speak Spanish it would be a plus. You must have good communication skills verbal and written. Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail is a must! A great personality, good work ethic is also desirable. You will need access to a computer or laptop with good and stable internet speed. A back-up plan is essential if you are prone to power outages or other interruptions to your internet connectivity.
