As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the bridge between our lead-generation engine and our sales closers. You’ll qualify prospects, build rapport, and schedule high-value calls that drive revenue across our multiple service lines — SEO, PR, Legal, Accounting, and beyond.

You won’t just set appointments. You’ll own the process — measure, refine, and grow your pipeline like a pro.

  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal (English fluency essential)
  • Hunger and coachability — you learn fast and execute faster
  • CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools preferred)
  • Resilience — you can hear “no” without losing focus
  • Time management — remote doesn’t mean unstructured
  • A growth mindset — you want to learn sales psychology, not just follow scripts
