🎯 Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and scaling Amazon ads (ideally in supplements or health & wellness)
• Proven ability to scale campaigns to 6-figure monthly revenue with strong ROAS
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research, bid strategy, campaign structure, and performance analytics
• Hands-on experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and reporting skills

• Audit our current Amazon ad account and identify quick wins
• Set up, optimize, and scale ad campaigns across SP, SB, and SD
• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Monitor and refine performance weekly
• Collaborate with creative and ops teams for listing optimization and alignment
• Provide clear, insightful weekly performance reports
