As a full-time Amazon Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our brand strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Amazon Seller Central Management:

  • Utilize flat file uploads for bulk operations (title changes, create product variants, updating product features etc.)
  • Upload A+/EBC/storefront content to enhance brand presence.
  • Set and maintain account KPIs for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with Seller Support and raise tickets when necessary.
  • Regular listing audits 
  • Daily monitoring of the competitive environment in our market
  • Manage graphic content on Amazon & multichannel
  • Create Split Tests, Deals & coupons
  • Keep all product data up to date

To succeed as an Amazon FBA Account Manager with us, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level - Senior-Level
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as an Amazon FBA Account Manager or certificate from an amazon school (e.g. MyAmazonGuy)
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and the main KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales, ranking etc.) to further optimize them.
  • Strong English communication skill (C1).
  • Experience with troubleshooting with Amazon Support.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Experience in updating product data with bulk files (title changes, creation of product variants, updating product data etc.)
  • Good skills in using ChatGPT for translation and problem solving

  • Minimum 25Mbps download internet speed
