We're an e-commerce agency managing Amazon brands across the US, UK, and European marketplaces.
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage multiple client accounts, oversee daily operations, resolve issues independently, and identify growth opportunities.
This is not an entry-level role. We'll provide training on our internal processes and tools, but we expect strong, hands-on Seller Central experience.
- Account Health: Monitor account performance, resolve violations, listing issues, Buy Box problems, and manage Seller Support cases.
- FBA Inventory: Monitor stock levels, plan replenishments, manage shipments, resolve discrepancies, and handle reimbursements, stranded inventory, and FBA issues.
- Listing Management: Create and optimize listings, conduct keyword research, resolve listing errors, and monitor reviews, returns, and product data.
- Promotions: Manage Coupons, Deals, Price Discounts, Amazon Vine, Subscribe & Save, and other promotional programs.
- Research & Growth: Analyze competitors, keywords, Brand Analytics, pricing, profitability, and product performance to identify opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports, communicate priorities, and proactively flag issues and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work with our PPC team to align advertising, inventory, and profitability goals.
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, preferably managing multiple accounts.
- Strong knowledge of account health, FBA inventory, reimbursements, listings, and promotions.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Seller Central issues independently.
- Experience with Helium 10, keyword research, competitor analysis, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
- Good understanding of Amazon fees, inventory planning, and profitability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication and ability to work independently.
Experience at an Amazon agency, Sellerboard, Amazon Business (B2B), Product Opportunity Explorer, Creator Connections, and basic understanding of Amazon PPC.
We want someone who takes ownership and thinks beyond a checklist. Someone who doesn't just report problems but investigates the causes, recommends solutions, and takes action.
You'll have a team and established processes to support you, but we expect you to bring your own experience and judgment.
Share a brief overview of your Amazon experience, marketplaces you've managed, tools you use, and examples of issues you've resolved.
We're looking for a reliable, proactive professional interested in a long-term collaboration.
