About Me/Us:

We are a small business group operating across several projects, including e-commerce, construction services, and online courses. I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help lighten the load by handling a mix of content, email marketing, and simple website tasks.

Scope of Work (initial projects):

• Update and polish product descriptions for an e-commerce website
• Assist in creating a clean, reusable Mailchimp email template for staff to easily update
• Record or edit short tutorial videos (e.g. how to update products or use Mailchimp)
• Research competitor pricing and prepare findings in a simple spreadsheet
• Assist with simple website content updates (WordPress/Wix/Go High Level)
• Light video editing (basic trims, logo intro/outro, tidy up recordings)

What I’m Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail (I need to trust things will be done right)
• Clear communicator who asks questions if unsure
• Experience with Mailchimp, Loom/Screen recording, and WordPress/Wix (or similar platforms)
• Ability to turn tasks around in a timely manner
• A self-starter who can take broad instructions and break them into steps
• Understands prompt engineering (at least on a basic level)

Workload:

• Approx. 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential for more as trust grows
• Flexible hours, remote work
• Option for paid per task and earn more if you work faster/more efficent
