Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI UGC Video Ad Creator to produce high-quality, realistic UGC style advertisements for our e-commerce brand. Our product is sold online and advertised mainly on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.

Your main task will be to create realistic AI-generated UGC videos in Dutch that look authentic and natural, similar to real customer testimonials or product reviews recorded on a phone.

Quality is extremely important. The ads must not look like obvious AI content. They should feel like genuine, organic social media videos.

Responsibilities

  • Create short-form UGC style ads (30-60 seconds) for TikTok and Meta.
  • Use AI tools and editing software to generate realistic creators and scenes.
  • Write short ad scripts and hooks designed to capture attention in the first 3 seconds.
  • Produce multiple variations of the same concept (different hooks, captions, and edits).
  • Add Dutch subtitles and on-screen captions in a TikTok-style format.
  • Edit videos with fast pacing, jump cuts, zooms, and mobile-style framing.
  • Ensure every video looks authentic and natural, like it was filmed on a smartphone.
  • Continuously improve ads based on performance and feedback.

Important Requirements

  • Ads must be in the Dutch language (spoken or subtitled).
  • Videos must be extremely realistic and resemble real UGC content.
  • AI elements must blend naturally with the video so they do not feel artificial.
  • Strong attention to quality, realism, and detail.
  • Ability to follow ad structures used in high-performing TikTok/Meta ads.

Tools You May Use

Examples of tools that can be used:

  • AI video generation tools (HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Pika, etc.)
  • CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
  • AI voice or avatar tools when needed
  • Subtitle and caption tools

You may choose the tools you prefer, as long as the final output is highly realistic and high quality.

Content Style

The ads should look like:

  • Real customer testimonials
  • Personal product experiences
  • Before/after product stories
  • Problem-solution explanations

Typical style:

  • Vertical (9:16) format
  • Phone-style camera perspective
  • Natural lighting and environment
  • Casual tone of voice

Quality Expectations

This role requires high attention to detail.

The final ads must:

  • Look authentic and believable
  • Feel like real social media content
  • Have clear storytelling and a strong hook
  • Maintain high visual and audio quality

Low-effort or obviously AI-generated content will not be accepted.

Expected weekly output:

10–20 ads per week

Each concept should have multiple variations to test different hooks and edits.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with TikTok or Meta ad creatives, with focus on getting sales.
  • Skilled in short-form video editing
  • Familiar with AI video generation tools
  • Strong understanding of UGC ad formats
  • Able to create natural, realistic video content
