We are looking for a skilled AI Integrations Expert – Automation & API Specialist to design, implement, and optimize intelligent systems and seamless platform integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation systems
- Integrate third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks
- Build and optimize automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar
- Connect CRM systems, marketing platforms, and internal tools for seamless data flow
- Develop custom API integrations when needed
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance
- Document workflows and provide technical guidance to the team
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation, API integrations, and AI tools
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, etc.)
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Bonus: Basic scripting or programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
