OFO Collective is a Brisbane-based AI agency that designs, builds and improves AI sales systems for businesses across Australia. We combine practical automation, CRM workflows, voice AI, messaging and operational systems to help businesses capture, qualify, follow up and convert more leads.
We are hiring a Founding Integration Developer based remotely to help build the engineering foundation of our team and our flagship product: a core AI sales lead engine for Australian businesses.
This is an early, high-trust role in a small team. You will work close to the founders and delivery team, move quickly from idea to working system, and help shape how we build, test and deploy integrations as the company grows.
The initial engagement will be casual, with the opportunity to scale quickly into a proper full-time role for the right person.
- Build and maintain integrations between CRMs, automation platforms, voice AI, communication tools, websites, APIs and internal systems.
- Design reliable end-to-end workflows that move data between systems cleanly and trigger the right action at the right time.
- Help build the core AI sales lead engine that will become a flagship OFO Collective product.
- Configure, test and improve AI-powered automations, agents and follow-up workflows.
- Work with webhooks, REST APIs, authentication, JSON, data mapping, error handling and retry logic.
- Troubleshoot integrations across multiple platforms and identify where a failure is occurring.
- Use AI coding agents throughout your work to research, build, debug, document and accelerate delivery.
You must have:
- At least 3 years of professional software development and integration development experience.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make or similar.
- Experience integrating CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth/API keys, JSON, data transformation and multi-step workflows.
- Experience with servers and deployment environments, including configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting services that run on a server.
- Experience with domains and DNS, including connecting domains and subdomains to applications, webhooks, landing pages, hosted services or other system components.
- Strong practical use of AI coding agents as part of your normal development workflow. Examples may include Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes or equivalent AI agent tools.
- Voice AI platforms such as Retell AI, Vapi, Bland AI or similar.
- Building voice agents, call flows, transfer logic, post-call processing and CRM updates.
- Self-hosted n8n or other services running on VPS/cloud infrastructure.
- Domain configuration, DNS records, subdomains, reverse proxies and webhook routing.
- JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or another practical scripting language.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Supabase.
Details:
- Location: Remote.
- Working hours: Brisbane time, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday as required by the engagement.
- Engagement: Casual initially, with potential to scale into full-time.
- Some after-hours availability may be required for urgent client delivery, launches or production incidents.
