We are looking for a person who creates next-generation graphic materials, using AI models as the primary tool. Our new colleague will be turning a prompt into a robust ad creative, with eye-catching layout, consistent typography, and styling tailored to the client's branding. We work for mature brands across Australia, Asia, Europe and the US, which means your crafts will be driving attention and conversions of multi-million audience worldwide.
- Creating static graphics for Google Ads using generative models like Nano Banana Pro, Kling, Flux 2 Pro, Midjourney, or Freepik.
- Replicating the client's products with fresh layouts, and controlled styling, ensuring they match their key visual and brand book.
- Executing creative variants for A/B testing for the Media Buying team.
- Using AI for rapid layout prototyping and generating graphic elements.
- Supporting other team's activities: designing landing pages and brainstorming creative angles.
- Have a practical experience with at least two generative models listed above or others capable of taking creation to the next level.
- Can show an updated portfolio of creatives made for e-Commerce businesses.
- Have ability to deliver end-to-end design work: from a raw idea to the final polish and implementation.
- Constantly develop your knowledge of prompting techniques, context building and stay updated with latest image-generation tools.
- Are comfortable working with deadlines and contributing to a few projects in parallel.
- Take accountability for your actions, deliverables and you are open to constructive feedback.
