About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist with focus in AI to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation, data analysis, and business optimization, and will be responsible for developing automated workflows, integrating systems, and leveraging technology to streamline business processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design & Implement AI-Driven Workflows Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools like machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Integrate AI with Existing Systems Connect AI platforms (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics) with enterprise software like CRMs, ERPs, or HR systems.
- Optimize Processes Using AI Insights Use AI to analyze data patterns and suggest improvements—like reducing bottlenecks or predicting customer behavior.
- Collaborate Across Teams Work with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to deploy intelligent automation solutions.
Must haves:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing traditional automation solutions with a blend of cutting-edge artificial intelligence to streamline and enhance business process.
- Proficiency in low-code platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL) or equivalent.
- Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, custom scripts).
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
- Experience with system integration and API usage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with business optimization methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or automation tools.
