We are seeking a highly innovative AI Content & Community Specialist to join the Cavmir team. This is not your traditional social media manager position. Your role is split into two distinct phases: fully agentic AI content creation and human-driven community management. You will oversee automated AI workflows that generate high-converting Instagram reels, Facebook carousels, and engaging posts. Once the AI handles the content engine, you step in to manually manage direct messages (DMs), closing leads, and providing excellent customer support.

What You Will Do

• Deploy advanced AI agents to generate 100% of social media posts, carousels, and captions for Meta platforms.
• Optimize AI prompts to align with Cavmir's digital marketing strategy and client branding guidelines.
• Automate the scheduling pipeline to ensure a totally hands-off, agentic content delivery system.
• Log into Instagram and Facebook daily strictly to manage DMs, engaging with followers and converting inbound leads.
• Enhance our social media SEO by programming AI to utilize trending keywords, alt text, and relevant hashtags.

• Expert-level knowledge of generative AI tools for text and image creation (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, automated agents).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital marketing trends, and inbound lead generation.
• Exceptional written communication skills to handle high-volume DMs, customer service, and community outreach.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and advanced social media automation software.
• A strategic mindset focused on online brand presence and customer retention.
