We are looking for a remote AI Chatbot Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop a custom AI-powered chatbot to manage customer service and sales inquiries, leveraging both our internal knowledge base and external tools. The chatbot should go beyond simple keyword triggers, providing real-time, intelligent responses that improve user experience and streamline business operations.
- Develop and deploy an advanced AI chatbot (non-rule-based) to handle customer service and sales queries.
- Integrate the chatbot with HubSpot CRM, WooCommerce, Monday.com, and other key tools to ensure smooth functionality.
- Connect the chatbot to internal knowledge sources (e.g., PDFs, FAQs) and external data points.
- Enable WhatsApp, email, and scripted reply options for the chatbot
- Train the chatbot using data from Trustpilot reviews, order data, and macros to enhance its performance.
- Ensure the chatbot learns and adapts based on user interactions to improve responses over time.
- Develop a backend interface for the team to monitor and review chatbot responses and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the team to continually improve the chatbot’s functionality and performance.
- Strong experience with Python and OpenAI/GPT-4.
- Expertise in LangChain, Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma).
- Proven experience with API integrations (HubSpot, WooCommerce, WhatsApp).
- Ability to deploy chatbots via web apps and integrate with various platforms.
- Experience handling both structured and unstructured data for chatbot training.
- Strong UX thinking and the ability to produce clear documentation.
- Comfortable working within UK/EU business hours.
- Self-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong collaborative and independent working skills.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).

- Proven remote work experience with a dedicated home office setup, including a stable internet connection.
Project Scope
- Phase 1: MVP development with core data sources.
- Phase 2: Integrations with WhatsApp, HubSpot, and additional tools.
