About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Agency Setup & Branding Specialist to help us launch professional-looking digital marketing agency presences. You'll be responsible for building lightweight but credible websites, setting up branded email domains, and preparing digital assets that support native ad platform onboarding (e.g., for Taboola, Outbrain, MGID).

This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable spinning up multiple websites, managing domains and hosting, and creating agency "starter kits" with minimal input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up lightweight marketing agency websites using templates (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
  • Purchase and configure custom domains
  • Set up branded business emails (e.g., via Google Workspace or similar)
  • Create supporting digital collateral (e.g., logos, About pages, T&Cs, privacy policies)
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and consistent brand appearance across properties

Qualifications:

  • Experience with basic web development or no-code tools
  • Knowledge of domain management, hosting, and email setup
  • Ability to create credible branding assets quickly and efficiently
  • Bonus: familiarity with what ad networks look for during agency vetting

Compensation

  • Base hourly/project rate based on experience
  • Full reimbursement for business-related expenses (domains, hosting, email, etc.)
  • Potential bonuses for each completed agency setup
