We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our creator and community network 📈
🎯 Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow affiliate & creator network
• Work closely with creators, influencers, and community managers 🤝
• Recruit new creators and expand affiliate partnerships
• Manage and grow communities (WhatsApp / Telegram / social platforms) 📲
• Work with affiliate systems like GOAFFPRO - Affiliate Marketing
• Manage collaborations via Collabs
• Create marketing content (videos, posts, designs) 🎬
• Use tools like Canva + AI systems for content creation ⚡
• Manage company social media pages
• Lead campaigns and drive sales through affiliates
🧠 Requirements:
• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing
• Experience working with creators, influencers, and communities
• Proven track record in growing communities 📊
• Strong sales and marketing experience – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience in content creation (video + design) including Canva 🎨
• Experience working with AI tools
• Ability to work fully independently – no guidance required ❗
• Highly proactive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to meet and exceed personal targets
💰 Compensation & Terms:
• 💵 Base salary: $50
• 💸 High commissions: 10%–15% per sale
• Every sale generated by a creator or community earns commission
