We are now looking for a Advance Analytics Engineer - CRM willing to accept new challenges in Closer team.
Responsibilities
- Analysing structured and unstructured data to drive sales, including building targeting and segmentation models to deliver targeted CRM campaigns.
- Developing and implementing targeted marketing and pricing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics and the outcomes AB tests to evaluate success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for customer acquisition and deepen understanding of customer and broker behaviour and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Developing and running a rolling A/B testing programme.
- Develop pricing campaigns including AB testing.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Managing and optimizing CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Working with sales and customer service to use CRM to deliver a seamless experience for customers.
- Collaborating and aligning CRM initiatives with overall business and marketing strategy.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices related to analytics, CRM, and customer engagement.
Main requirements
- A Degree or beyond in a mathematics, computer science, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in applying advanced analytics, particularly in targeting and segmentation modelling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Braxe).
- Experience in using cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Comfortable coding in SQL, Java, C++ and R, Python, or other mainstream data science language.
- Proven track record of harnessing data and advanced analytics to delivering commercial outcomes including successful targeting campaigns.
- Experience of targeting analytics and CRM Marketing in B2C and/or B2B industries such as travel - e.g. airlines, Financial Services - e.g. unsecured lending or insurance or e-commerce - e.g. scale online retailers.
