At AgencyCRM.com, we are building a high-performing team that drives results through strategic digital marketing. We are looking for a skilled Ads Manager / Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Target the right audiences to generate leads and sales
  • Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Test creatives, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and responsibly
  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad assets and landing pages

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience running paid ads (Meta/Facebook & Google preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to scale campaigns profitably and meet KPIs
  • Knowledge of retargeting, custom audiences, tracking, and analytics
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Bonus: experience managing ads across multiple platforms
