We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Ads Launcher / Data Entry Specialist to support our fashion dropshipping store.
Your main responsibility will be setting up and launching Facebook ads correctly, working inside Shopify, and accurately logging all ad data into Google Sheets, while managing tasks through Trello.
We work with clear SOPs and Loom videos, so you’ll always know exactly how we operate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows, understands e-commerce/fashion products, and values precision.
- Setting up and launching Facebook ads in Meta Ads Manager
- Creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on provided instructions
- Checking pixels, tracking, product links, and landing pages before launch
- Working inside Shopify for a fashion dropshipping store
- (analytics & reports)
- Entering and maintaining accurate ad data in Google Sheets
- Managing tasks and progress in Trello
- Following SOPs and Loom walkthroughs step by step
- Flagging mistakes, inconsistencies, or issues before ads go live
You must have:
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience working with Shopify stores (preferably fashion/e-commerce)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience using Trello or similar task management tools
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow SOPs and Loom instructions precisely
- Reliable internet connection and availability
Nice to have (but not required):
- Previous experience with fashion dropshipping
- Experience as an ads launcher, media buyer assistant, or e-commerce VA
- Familiarity with structured ad testing and scaling setups
- You like working with clear systems and processes
- You double-check your work before submitting
- You communicate proactively when something is unclear
- You treat ad spend and data with care and responsibility
