I am a business owner seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work directly with me on a long-term basis. This is a one-on-one position — not a recruiting or agency role.

The ideal candidate will support my daily operations and online activities, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage email and handle routine communications
  • Perform data entry and conduct internet research
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with social media tasks (posting content and basic engagement)
  • Organize files and manage documents
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience is a plus, but not required
  • Fully remote
