Key Responsibilities:
Daily Reminders: Send SMS reminders to clients and follow up with calls if necessary.
Client Calls: Handle inbound lead calls, providing excellent customer service and information about services.
Sales Support: Understand business rates and offerings to assist clients and close sales effectively.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Administrative Tasks: Perform scheduling, client communication, and data entry to ensure smooth business operations.
Client Engagement: Ensure positive and professional interactions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Fluent English Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a native-level command of English.
Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Warm & Approachable Personality: A friendly, customer-focused demeanor that builds rapport and trust.

Experience with Admin Tasks: Familiarity with appointment scheduling, CRM systems (specifically Rapid1), and call handling.
