As our operations grow, we are looking for a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant from Philippines with a solid background in administration, accounting, and customer service. This remote role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and ready to support our operations team. Working hours are aligned with Sydney business hours (7:00am – 5:00pm AEST), with flexibility based on company needs.

  • Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Admin, Accounting & Customer Service)
  • Employment Type: Long-term (subject to performance during a 6-month probationary period)
  • Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
  • Compensation: Hourly rate (to be discussed during the interview)
  • Working Hours: Flexible, within Sydney time zone (7:00am – 5:00pm AEST)
  • During School breaks/holidays: Working hours minimum 4 to 5 hours only (2 weeks break, 4 times in a year, including December christmas breaks unti mid of January)

✅ Reliable Laptop or Desktop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and good processing capacity

✅ A quality smartphone to access company platforms and apps

✅ Stable internet connection

✅ A quiet home office setup to ensure productivity during meetings and phone calls

✅ Proven experience in administrative support, accounting tasks, and customer service

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar), and CRM tools

✅ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to collaborate with the operations manager and work independently

✅ Willingness to work within Sydney time zone hours
