- Quickbooks accounting online is accounting system and must have experience and also know Irelands accountancy and bookkeeping
- Manage the team’s tasks and ensure proper planning and support for all contractors, fostering a well-coordinated and efficient working environment.
- Oversee the management of all client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Improve the current management of financial invoicing and costing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accurate and transparent financial tracking.
- Manage daily reports from the team, ensuring all financial and operational data is analyzed for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on developing full project, marketing, and business plans for Brand You Creative Agency and its clients.
- Work with existing projects to develop new, improved strategies for enhancing company growth, client satisfaction, and contractor performance.
- Help implement a company-wide project system to ensure consistency and reliability across all teams and business operations.
- Stay updated on legal changes and adjust company policies accordingly to maintain compliance.
- Prepare and implement crisis management plans to ensure the company is ready to handle emergencies or unforeseen challenges.
- Identify potential legal and operational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure all documentation and insurance coverage are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and manage programs to promote the well-being of contractors, including initiatives focused on work-life balance, mental health, and overall wellness.
- Address contractor concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, maintaining a supportive working culture.
- Establish performance metrics, conduct reviews, and create improvement plans for underperforming contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop structures and procedures to help the company grow and build a strong,professional team of contractors.
- Oversee daily activities of the team, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and objectives.
- Allocate and manage budgets for operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure that resources are effectively allocated across projects and teams to maximize productivity.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all services provided meet the agency's standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates.
