Exclusively for Davao Residence.
Looking for a full-time accountant to complete the following:
- Invoicing (and collections)
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll (we use QuickBooks and Verizon to track our trucks)
- Mapping expenses in QuickBooks
- Accruals (revenue for commercial or large projects, expenses incurred but not paid, and payroll)
Who are we looking for:
- Speaks English well to communicate internally
- Trainable (you will need to learn air conditioning and plumbing)
- Willing to work Monday - Friday between 8:00a-6p CST; weekend shift is available to earn extra hours
- Problem solver
In the future, we are looking to build an office in Davao. This job will start as a virtual-only job and transition to a hybrid job (a few days virtual and a few days in the office).
