Account Executive based in North America full time

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive based in North America to drive new business growth with brands, agencies, and advanced Amazon sellers, helping expand Hector AI’s customer base and revenue.

In this role, you will represent Hector AI’s SaaS platform—a leading solution in retail media optimization and intelligence for Amazon. The platform integrates self-serve Amazon DSP, AMC insights and audiences, and unified analytics, enabling brands and agencies to optimize campaigns with advanced automation, audience targeting, and real-time reporting.

You will play a key role in helping sellers, challenger brands, and specialist agencies unlock growth opportunities on Amazon through Hector AI’s technology.

What You Will Do

• Develop a strong understanding of how brands grow sales on Amazon and build strategies to support their success
• Generate new business with brands and agencies selling on Amazon (and future marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, and Instacart)
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—as the primary point of contact for new customer acquisition
• Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate Hector AI’s value proposition across stakeholders
• Lead contract negotiations within defined guidelines
• Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline to support accurate forecasting
• Occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in a closing role within a SaaS company, AdTech firm, or PPC agency
• Passionate about building a career in retail media and Amazon advertising
• Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term relationships
• Skilled in navigating complex organizations and multi-threaded selling
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
