We’re hiring a Filipino Account Executive (AE) with strong experience in managing client relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone persuasive, strategic, and performance-driven—someone who thrives in turning qualified leads into loyal, long-term clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining client relationships
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with the Sales Development and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage retention and upselling opportunities
Qualifications:
- Filipino candidate with at least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Proven experience in closing deals and managing client accounts
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiations, and CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Pipedrive)
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities at once
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to dynamic business environments
