1099 Commission-Only Sales Representative full time

Our patent-pending technology leverages Apple Location Services to ensure prospects are local to the Small Business. There is no hourly wage for this role. Commission only.

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated commission-only sales representatives to join our sales team to introduce CliquePrize® to small business owners across the U.S. This is a fully remote, independent 1099 contractor position where you set your own hours and earn uncapped commission. There is no hourly wage for this role.

Compensation

• 100% commission on Net Sales first-time Sponsors who purchase a base plan ($29 gross per promotion; $24.65 Net Sale) on Plans A & C.
• 50% commission Net Sales on all renewals of Plans A & C
• 50% commission on Net Sales of monthly Plan B subscription plans (Base Coin Packages) ($84.58/month Net Sales for Plan B) either first-time or renewals
• Uncapped earning potential – the more you sell, the more you earn
• No sales quotas

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call and contact Brick & Mortar small business owners across the U.S.
• This is NOT a quick sale position; these calls require multiple sales call attempts to locate the correct person, follow-up and nurture and close
• The leads will be provided for you; must make 40 calls per day or will not be a fit
• Educate potential Sponsors on the benefits of CliquePrize® for lead generation
• Present and sell CliquePrize® promotions, renewals, and Coin Packages.
• Use HelloLeads CRM (provided) to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Participate in sales training and leverage the provided sales deck and training videos.
• Work independently and manage your own sales pipeline however you will be assigned a Metro Market and report to a Team Leader; no other Sales Reps will be in your market.

Requirements

• Must be willing to contact U.S. small business owners.
• Must provide your own internet and phone (Data plan); company uses Google Voice & Dialpad for the local phone number (will be provided)
• Sales experience preferred but not required – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
• We do NOT seek anyone who gives up after a few weeks with no sales
• Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
