Pera Greem Solution is a software development agency helping companies and candidates connect through technical talent, project support, and software delivery services. As we expand our business, we are looking for motivated technical recruiters who can help us find software developers and engineering talent.

We are open to candidates at different levels, including entry-level, junior, mid-level, and experienced developers, depending on the available opportunities.

We are looking for a commission-based Technical Recruiter to help source, screen, and refer qualified software developers. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable reaching out to candidates, building relationships, and identifying people who are actively looking for new opportunities.

You will be paid based on successful placements. This is a flexible remote role with no fixed hourly salary.

  • Source software developers through LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, referrals, and other channels.
  • Identify candidates who are actively looking for remote or software engineering opportunities.
  • Conduct basic initial screening to understand their skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Share qualified candidate profiles with our internal team.
  • Help coordinate next steps, interviews, and onboarding when needed.
  • Build a long-term pipeline of junior, entry-level, and experienced engineering candidates.
  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, staffing, or candidate outreach is helpful.
  • Comfortable contacting candidates online and starting conversations.
  • Good written English communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development roles such as frontend, backend, full-stack, QA, DevOps, or mobile development.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
  • Strong follow-up and organization skills.

This is a 100% commission-based role.

Payment is made after a successful candidate placement. Commission details will be discussed during the interview or onboarding process.

There is no fixed hourly pay or guaranteed base salary.
