TechAvidus Features of TechAvidus Real Estate Market Place Visitor Register Any visitor can register on the website by filling up the basic details. Once user is successfully registered, he will get a verification link to verify his identity. Whenever user clicks on the link we will check whether the link is valid or not. Then user will have to enter OTP. For identification we are currently sending OTP(One Time Password) on the registered email. Once user entered right OTP then he is verified for our website. Login Only verified users can login using his Email and Password. Non verified users cannot log in to the site. Only self-verified users or users verified by admin are allowed. We have added role wise authentication so no anonymous person can hack the site. Role wise authentication means when any user is logged in; we will check that user's email, role & user id & if user is authorized then only that user gets access to authorized modules. Reset-Password User can change his password if the user has forgotten his password. We are also doing user authentication when user changes the password. Once user clicks on reset password link, we are checking whether the link is valid or not. If the link is valid then user is redirect on reset password page. Home Search Box - search any property by "Address or Area" For Rent - See only properties for rent For Buy - See only properties for sell Featured Properties - See featured properties which are selected by admin. If user clicks on any property then user is redirected to selected property's detail page. Recently added properties - See recently added 6 properties. Category filter - Can filter properties by category which are ( Rent, Buy, Plot, Commercial ). My Account (Authorize person = Logged in as User or Admin) My Properties - Authorized person can view his added property. Create Property - Authorized person can create property. Liked Property - Authorized person can view his liked properties. Saved Searches - View saved search history on page. Property Property List & Map - Showing selected category's properties on property list and also that properties on map with marker. - Currently we are showing 10 properties - If properties is more than 10 then user can see on bottom side "Show more results” to fetch more properties - View properties by "Address & Area" on Search box - Filter property by Property type & Property category - View map in different view which are ( Street, Satelite & Mapnik View) default selected is Street view. - If user clicks on any property then he can navigate to selected property's details page. - If user is changes anything on the map then the property list will also change as per the map. If any property is found on the map then that property is also shown in property list page. - In map when user hovers in any marker then user can see the property image and little bit information about property. - User can zoom in and out the map and property list will get updated as per the map. Filters User can filter properties by Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Size(Sq. ft.), Building Age & Property photos. Property-Details User can view properties details which are mention below Property images, address, price, & user can like property if he likes that property. In description can see the property description which is added by property owner. In document section user can see the brochure or any other documents related to that property. In address section user can see the property address details (Country, state, city, zip etc..) In details page user can see the basic property details In features user can see the facilities which is on property. User can see the similar properties which is near by the selected property or some features are matching like Country, State, City, Bedrooms & bathroom. User can request the owner to view that property or getting more details about selected property from "Request a viewing" button. User can see selected property on map if user clicks on "Show Map" button. User can view all property's images on slider view if user clicks on any image. User can also see featured properties. Logged in/Registered user Properties View his added properties on grid view. User Can add more properties Property Basic details - We are asking to enter basic details of property Property image - we are asking to upload property images - user can add up to 30 images - user can edit & delete any particular image - set any one image to as default - default image is show in front on property list and main in property detail page Property document - user can upload his property document like brochure etc. - can edit, delete & download any documents from property document list.
